Whether completing an assignment, building a relationship or breaking a habit, we all work hard on aspects of our daily lives. The same can certainly be said for two of our talented students, Sylvie Goodwin (Year 9) and Lillia Hudson Amatt (Year 7), finalists in this this year’s Peacock Poetry Prize – an event celebrating young people’s poetry as part of the Brighton Festival. The girls attended an award ceremony at the Brighton Dome after their poems were shortlisted from over 100 entries across Brighton, Hove and Sussex. It was a wonderful evening where the girls had an opportunity to share and celebrate their hard work. Well done girls!
